Milan Kuster
Milan Kuster UDIG (»MK«) is Slovenian and is Managing Director of AVK doo.
MK has 20 years of real estate experience and has been actively involved in marketing and sales and strategic investment. MK has held several senior positions in major construction and real estate companies.
MK has successfully completed many projects including the following:
- Member of Supervisory Board of Farmland & Forest Fund of Slovenia
- Member of Supervisory Board of the Post of Slovenia
- Member of Supervisory Board Slovenska odškodninska družba dd (a restitution fund)
Earlier experience includes:
- Consultant to the investment director of Metropola
- Director of engineering Givo doo
- Manager of strategic investments at SCT dd
- Manger of real estate projects KBM FINEKO doo

Zoran Veleski
Zoran Veleski (»ZV«) is Slovenian and executive Board member to AVK doo.
ZV has had 15 years of experience on the fields of real estate. He has been managing a real estate company for 12 years and has dealt with many investment projects, real estate marketing and mainly projects intended for open sale.
ZV has successfully completed several projects including the following:
- Investment into residential houses Medvode – Slovenia
- Successful completion of following projects:
- Business/residential complex Tivoli in Ljubljana (120 apartments and 1000 sq meters of business premises)
- Residential complex »Dolgi most« in Ljubljana (67 apartments)
- Business/residential complex »The Kamnik Twins« Kamnik (42 apartments)
- Residential complex »The Green Grove« Moste by Komenda (130 apartments)
- Mreža nepremičnin doo has been a proved owner
of ISO 9001:2000 standard since 2008, owing to the successful managing of ZV
- In years 2004- 2009, under leadership of ZV, Mreža nepremičnin doo sold over 700 new apartments
and over 150 new houses in Slovenia

Dr. Aleš Bulc
Dr. Ales Bulc udie (»AB«) is Slovenian and executive Board member to AVK doo.
AB has 25 years of leadership and corporate governance including 15 years of construction and real estate experience. AB specialises in European retail, office and residential development.
AB has successfully complete many projects including the following:
- Lead negotiator to secure the entrance of a major international retailer/developer into Serbia
- Securing a retail development site for a food retailer in Banja Luka, value 30 mil+
- Successful completion of Residential complex at Mostec, value 100 mil+
- Founding member of DEOS, a developer of a string of elderly care facilities

Marko Apollonio
Marko Apollino MA, UDIA, (»MA«) is Slovenian and executive Board member to AVK doo.
MA has practised as an architect for ten years. MA trained under Professor Dr. A. Vodopivec at the Ljubljana School of Architecture. MA with Nina Crljenko co-founded their own architectural practice »AA Kultura« in 2003.
MA has successfully concluded a number of projects including the following:
- Residential/commercial building »Glazija« in Celje, 1999 – 2004
- Residential/complex »Nocturno« in Koper, 2006 – 2008
- Retirement homes and special care facilities in Bled, 2007
- Urban plan for the new city centre of Lucija
- Conceptual planning for tourism and coastal activity in Koper, including hotel complex, beaches and marina, 2005

David Arbuckle
David Arbuckle MA, CDipAF, FRICS, (»DA«) is: British and a board consultant to AVK doo.
DA has 30 years of commercial property experience throughout the UK & Continental Europe. DA specialises in European retail, office and residential investment and development, which includes successful active involvement during periods of economic difficulties.
DA has successfully completed many projects including the following:
- Securing a retail develop. site for food retailer in Banja Luka, BH; value 30 mil+
- Advising on buying/funding retail/residential develop. sites in Slo/Srb/BH; value 100 mil+
- Disposal of a major London, UK 3.2 ha residential site; value 20 mil+
